Earn Services Supplemental Terms

In addition to needing to meet the eligibility requirements stated in the Credit Genie Terms for use of the Services, you must also keep a Linked Account connected to the Services such that you pay a recurring Bank Connection Fee (a "Membership") to be eligible for the Earn Services. If you cancel your Membership by disconnecting your Linked Account, you will no longer be eligible for the Earn Services. The Earn Service is also not available to residents of Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, Hawaii, or Washington, D.C., and you may not attempt to use the Earn Service if you reside in those jurisdictions.

Certain Earn Opportunities may also have additional eligibility requirements.

Each Earn Opportunity will state the conditions that must be fulfilled for completing the Earn Opportunity (e.g., reaching a level or milestone in a game, completing a survey to the provider's specifications, etc.). Activity requirements, Rewards, caps, and availability vary by Earn Opportunity, and Credit Genie may change, pause or discontinue an Earn Opportunity without notice at any time prior to when you have completed it. You understand that in order for Credit Genie to track and determine whether you have fulfilled an Earn Opportunity and earned a Reward, you agree that Credit Genie may collect information about the apps on your device and your usage of those apps.

You will be credited with the Reward when Credit Genie, in its sole discretion, determines you have completed the Earn Opportunity. If Credit Genie is relying on a third–party Earn Opportunity provider to confirm that you have completed the Earn Opportunity, you will not be credited with the Reward for the Earn Opportunity until Credit Genie receives such confirmation. If a third–party Earn Opportunity has not been reported as completed, you must contact the third–party provider. Credit Genie is not responsible for third–party content, availability, tracking, or qualification criteria.

Rewards are promotional credits, are not legal tender or stored value, are non–transferable and non–assignable, and have no cash or monetary value unless and until redeemed by Credit Genie pursuant to Section 6. Except as expressly set forth herein, Rewards cannot be sold, pledged, or exchanged and do not create any property interest.

When credited to you, Rewards will appear in your Earn Service within your Credit Genie account. Posting may be delayed for review, validation, fraud screening, third–party provider reporting cycles, or technical reasons. Credit Genie may also decline, reverse, or adjust Rewards that were posted in error that were the result of abuse, gaming, policy violations, or fraudulent activity (see Section 8), or that have their completion status rescinded by a third‑party provider.

Rewards expire upon the earlier of (a) ninety (90) days after the date they are posted to your Earn Service balance and (b) the date your Membership lapses. Upon expiration, Rewards are forfeited and removed from your balance, except that Credit Genie may, but is not obligated to, reinstate unredeemed Rewards when you renew your Membership. Any such reinstated Rewards will be subject to expiration based on the date they were originally posted to your Earn Service balance and renewing your Membership does not extend the expiration period.

1. Monthly Redemptions. Rewards are redeemed on a monthly basis while you maintain an active, current Membership. If your Earn Service balance is at or above the Transfer Minimum (defined below), Rewards will be automatically redeemed using the method you have selected in the Earn Service. Credit Genie may deduct from any Reward redemption any amounts you owe to Credit Genie, applicable taxes, and reasonable processing or bank fees. If you have not selected a redemption method, if your selected method is ineligible, or if information you provided for your redemption method is inaccurate or out of date, your Rewards will remain in your Earn Service balance and will be subject to expiration as described in Section 5.
2. Transfer Minimum. Generally, Rewards will only be redeemed if your Earn Services balance is at least $10 (the "Transfer Minimum"). If your Earn Services balance is below the Transfer Minimum, Rewards will remain in your Earn Services balance and will be subject to expiration as described in Section 5.
3. Redemption Methods. Credit Genie may cancel, suspend, or update available redemption methods at any time without notice.

You are responsible for any taxes that are due on redeemed Rewards, and you must provide Credit Genie with any tax information or completed forms (e.g., IRS Form W–9) that are identified by Credit Genie. To the extent that a tax authority asserts or Credit Genie determines that you or Credit Genie may be responsible for taxes on Rewards, we may deduct those taxes from future Reward redemptions or collect those taxes directly from you.

You represent and warrant that all tax information you provide in connection with the Earn Services is accurate, and you will inform Credit Genie if any of the information you have provided changes. If you do not provide full and complete information as required by this section, Credit Genie may not allow you to redeem Rewards.

Credit Genie may investigate suspected abuse, gaming, policy violations, or fraudulent activity (including but not limited to use of emulators, bots, VPNs/proxies, device resets, multiple accounts, or misrepresentation) related to the Earn Service. Credit Genie may place holds on, require additional verification for, or temporarily suspend or limit your ability to redeem Rewards while it investigates prohibited conduct. If Credit Genie determines you have violated these Earn Terms or the Credit Genie Terms, Credit Genie may rescind Rewards and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the Earn Services.

1. Entire Agreement: These Earn Terms, together with the Credit Genie Terms, are the entire understanding and agreement between you and Credit Genie regarding the Earn Services.
2. Severability: If any part of these Earn Terms is found not to be legally enforceable, that will not affect any other part of these Earn Terms.
3. Updates: Credit Genie reserves the right to amend these Earn Terms at any time and will notify you of any such changes, such as by posting the revised Earn Terms on its website.
